Types of Beauty Foods

Candies, soft drinks, chips, Fries fantasizes  in every possible exotic way to us, but do they really makes our Heart, Kidney, Liver, Stomach or Skin happy as much as it makes us happy. Think about the value of your beautiful face, body and skin is as compared to all the trash or in decent language junk food. They just give a twist of taste to the tongue and then nothing. They neither make our stomach happy nor our heart healthy. Then why the consumption of this kind of food is higher than the consumption of fruits and veggies.

By that statement, it does not mean that one should stop eating a packet of chips or a soft drink. By that, it says that one should know the differentiation between how to keep a balance between the food we intake. The proportion of veggies and fruits to junk should be 8:2 i.e. it should be 80% of health food and 20% of according to our preference and taste.

Also, Beauty plays a key role in every individual’s life and especially in a girl’s life. And one of the most important ways to manage, attain and retain that beauty quotient is to eat what is right and what is healthy for the skin and body. Some of the basic and essential beauty foods which should be a part of meal to everybody’s diet meal are as follows:

1.  Apples:

It is truly said that “an apple a day, keeps the doctor away”, simultaneously “an apple a day never let you beauty go away”. Apple is one of the best source of Vitamin A, whereas apple juice is a great source of Vitamin B1, B2, B3 and C. Apple if taken daily in the morning helps us to fight back hearts diseases and increment in blood gain. Also, apple helps a person to increase the hunger rate of the body.

 2.  Pomegranate Juice:

It contains a great amount of Sodium, Vitamin C, Iron, and Tend Acid. Pomegranate Juice helps to increase blood rate and blood circulation in the body and is also preferred by doctors for curing weakness. It is also good for eye-sight and liver.

It also gives rosy glow to the cheeks and makes the face look radiant and rosy.

3.  Dairy Products:

Milk is the best way to fight diseases like cough, cold, virals. Therefore, it is very essential to have a glass of milk every day. Also, milk made products like curd; cheese and paneer are helpful to keep the body balance and digestion properly. Hence, everyday intake of milk should be a must through direct or indirect means.

 4.  Berries:

Strawberry act as an antioxidant for the skin. It also have all the essential components like Vitamin C, iron and natural extracts which not only is healthy but make your skin look beautiful and glowy.

Besides strawberry, other berries like blueberries and blackberries are a major source of Vitamin C and a great source of providing natural extracts to the skin through a tasty yet healthy way.

 5.  Tomato:

We all know that tomato is a great source of Vitamin C. Also, tomato has high fibres content which is really beneficial for our skin. Applying tomato on skin as a pack helps in controlling acne and makes the skin smooth and glossy.

Also, eating tomato is important as it is the best way to oxidize the skin.

 6.  Green Tea:

This is best type of tea which everybody should take once in a day. The antioxidants contained in the tea are helpful in preventing the growth of cancer cells, reducing blood pressure problem and balancing cholesterol.

It has an antioxidant named as Epigallocatechin gallate, which is a great for skin and body. Also, green tea is considered as a great source to avoid teeth decay.

 7.  Olive Oil:

More than beauty, Olive Oil is considered as the best form of oil in the whole world. One of its kind .i.e. Virgin Olive Oil is the best oil to cook food in. This Oil not only has least adulteration as compared to other oils but also prevents body from problems like Diabetes, obesity, blood pressure, Oxidative stress, heart problems etc.

That is why it is essential to have olive oil instead of soyabean, groundnut or all other types of oils.

8.  Honey:

Honey is not only great for making face packs but also it is very rich if eaten directly. If one table spoon of honey is added in a glass of milk and taken daily instead of sugar, then it is benefited as it makes the skin look radiant, young-looking and fair. It also has anti-microbial properties and anti-oxidants which absorb all the extra moisture from the skin and make it look perfect.

Therefore, these products are not only essential for skin and beauty but are also important to lead a healthy body and lifestyle.
